HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER? 

Once you check out, the order will be recorded. The order will not be confirmed until payment has been made. 

A member of the team will be able to contact you to confirm the above and delivery date.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

 

As in previous years, orders may take up from 1 to 21 days to arrive to Gibraltar and dispatched. A member of the team will be in touch once they are ready for delivery and will be sent to the address used in your order. 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY? 

One of the best things we have done since day one is charge £0 for deliveries... and we plan to keep it this way! 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE ARE ITEMS OUT OF STOCK ON MY ORDER?

We do our best to make sure that items featured on the website are all in stock however, occasionally there are surplus orders of particular items which can sell out before our website is updated. Any item on your order which is out of stock will be placed on back order and a member of the team will be in touch with you. 

 

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

We take great pride in our packaging and if you have any damages in your delivery it is important that you contact us within 5 working days. Please send an e-mail and if possible an image of the damaged item to: mbnovelty@gmail.com 

We will reply and either put a credit on your account or we may request the damages are returned to us. If items need to be returned we will give you details of how we would like them returned and we will refund you the cost. 

If there are missing items from your order, please email us with your order number.
